Shipping & Return Policy
We ship orders within 1 working day of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, any orders received on Sunday or holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Average delivery time is 2-5 days, some remote areas may take longer but rest assured we always use the fastest service and try to deliver soonest :)
If you’re in Delhi NCR and need urgent same day delivery, we’ll be happy to send by Wefast or you can pickup from our warehouse (address written below in Returns section).
In case you want to cancel an order, please email email@example.com or whatsapp us on +91 9910052457 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. If you place a cancellation request after 24 hours of ordering the product, we will be unable to recall it.
Kidsy Winsy toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer's side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
Returns / Refunds / Exchange
We don’t offer refunds unless product is received damaged / defective, but if you still want to return the product we will be happy to offer you store credit of same value minus shipping cost we have incurred. Return requests placed after 24 hours of receiving are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason. :)

Once received, we will give you a coupon code which can be redeemed for any purchase on our website for 3 months.
Damaged / Defective Product
We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The chance of damage is very rare. However, in case if there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement/exchange/refund:-
- Kidsy Winsy offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation, missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on the website.
- Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
- The replacement window is for 15 days from the date the order is delivered to you.
- For any damaged or incorrect product received, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Before confirming an exchange/replacement, we would require proof of defect in the product in the form of a photo or the unboxing video.
- Kindly share the unboxing video so that we can get it checked and assist you accordingly. Once proof is verified and confirmed, our courier partner will pick-up the damaged product from your door-step at no additional cost to you.
- The replacement/Coupon code is processed only after the defective product is received and confirmed at the warehouse.
- In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a coupon code equal to the value of the product you purchased. The coupon code will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store or the Itsy Bitsy store within three months.
- If you don’t want replacement or coupon code in case of damaged / defective product, please email us with your payment details and we will refund money within 7-10 days.
We will process a return only if:
We determine that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what we shipped to you.
You return the product in its original condition (with the box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein)
Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
